Blackberry Jam Grilled Cheese


2 pieces of Stonemill Bread Company’s Three Cheese Jalapeno Bread

3 slices Swiss Cheese

3 slices Provolone Cheese

2 T blackberry jam

4 T butter

1 T Just Mayo


Butter one side of a piece of bread, and spread mayo on the other side.

Turn the oven on medium high heat, add butter and let melt.

Once hot, add the slice of bread to the skillet, it should sizzle a bit.

Add your slices of Swiss cheese and slices of Provolone cheese.

Let cook for 1 minute.

Turn down to medium low heat.

Take the other piece of bread and butter one side of the bread and spread the jam on the other side.

Lay the bread on the sandwich, jam side down.

Cover the skillet and let cook for 2-3 minutes.

Flip, and cook for another 2 minutes or until desired done-ness
