We’ll cover how to blanch, peel, dice, slice, and everything in between. We will also go over how to make your own salsas, pasta sauces, and much more.

Around the World: Flavors of the Mediterranean

La dolce vita, which means “the sweet life.” Join us this month as we travel to the Mediterranean! In this class we will be making a simple salad with an Apricot Balsamic Dressing, mini Chard & Goat Cheese Frittatas, Panzanella, and an Apricot Walnut Cake. We will wash down all the goodness with a Moroccan Mint Tea!

Love pickles? Want to learn how to make your own? Well, this class is for you! We will be discussing brines, pickling spices, vegetables, and vinegars. Once you get the basics of pickling down, you will be pickling everything that comes out of your garden! We will go over hot water canning as well as refrigerator pickling.
