French Toast Sticks made with Ozark Natural Breads’ Old World Cranberry Walnut Sourdough
4 slices Ozark Natural Breads’ Old World Cranberry Walnut Sourdough
1/2 C heavy cream
2 t cinnamon
1/2 T brown sugar
1/2 T vanilla
Butter for cooking
Powdered sugar for serving
Maple syrup for serving
Cut your bread into 1″ slices and then in half.
Mix together your eggs, heavy cream, brown sugar, and vanilla.
Dip your bread sticks in the mixture, coating all sides.
Melt butter in skillet over medium heat.
Add slices of bread, making sure not to overcrowd.
Cook for about a minute on one side, and flip to cook all sides.
Remove from the skillet and sprinkle powdered sugar and eat with maple syrup.
