Mexican Grilled Corn

6 ears corn
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 cups sour cream
1 ½ cups Parmesan
½ cup cilantro
Juice of 1 lime
Chili powder, to liking

Remove husk from corn. Grill the corn on high until it starts to char. Make sure to turn corn, allowing the corn to cook evenly. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and cilantro in bowl. While corn is still warm, cover with sour cream mix. Squeeze lime juice on corn and sprinkle Parmesan. Season with chili powder to taste.
