Our Blackberry-Lime Cheesecake is back! I have to say, this cheesecake combines my favorite flavors in the whole world: blackberries, limes, and cheesecake. Blackberries have always been my favorite berry and to have them in cheesecake is simply divine.
The lime is just a hint in the cheesecake, so you taste it without a pucker. The blackberries are perfectly distributed throughout the cheesecake so that you get a berry with each bite. The crust provides a nice crunch that balances perfectly with the cheesecake, lime, and blackberries. Our next batch will feature a delicious gluten-free crust that will provide the same great texture.
Let’s take a minute to talk about how we make our cheesecake in A la Carte. First, we start with the cleanest ingredients available. This means we make it with organic and non-GMO ingredients. We don’t skimp! Our cheesecake is made with mascarpone cheese, which results in a cheesecake that has a creamy texture and mouthfeel. We think this makes our cheesecake unique and tasty. We never use mixes to make our baked goods, only fresh, real ingredients. What’s not to love?! Come up to our bakery case to grab a slice and cup of coffee or tea.
