Cast iron skillets are so versatile. You can use them for broiling, roasting, pan frying, sautéing, moving from the range top to the oven with ease, as well as many more great uses. They are durable, and with a little care, can last a lifetime. In this class we will make a few dishes that are extraordinary in cast iron. We will make cornbread, cast iron pizza, a spin on chicken under a brick, and a lemon blueberry Dutch Baby.
