Cooking from Bulk/Root to Stalk Cooking Class

April 18 @ 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Earth Day is near, Monday April 22nd, but we like to celebrate Earth Day all year long! In this class we will specifically be cooking dishes using items from our bulk foods section as well as some Root to Stalk recipes! Root to Stalk focuses on using all parts of the vegetable, even the parts that normally get composted!
