Herbs can take a dish over the top. They might be tiny but their flavor punch is mighty. In this class we will be focusing on letting the herbs take center stage. We will be making a Persian inspired herb frittata, savory herb shortbread crackers, sautéed greens with gremolata, a chimichurri sauce, and last but not least, a lavender lemon pound cake. *This class is vegetarian friendly.
