Keto-ish Cooking Class

The Keto diet is a high fat, high protein, low sugar, and low carb diet. Keto-ish is taking that same concept, just not as strict. In this class we will be making a few Keto-ish dishes that will make you forget all about carbs. We will be making a crudité platter, summer squash au gratin, cauliflower rice jambalaya, and for dessert, a blackberry cobbler.
