Spring into Springtime

Spring is in the air and the best way to celebrate the season is with food. In this spring themed class we will be making some delightful recipes that pair especially well together or with any of your spring flavor favorites. We will be making crostini with herbed goat cheese, fig jam, and prosciutto, a spring asparagus salad, pan fried cod in a citrus & basil butter, and last but not least, an Italian lemon pound cake.
