When comfort food meets snack time you get these crispy pasta chips with a delicious creamy whipped ricotta!

Ingredients

Pasta Chips

2 C Montebello farfalle pasta

2 Tbsp. Riojana olive oil

2 tsp. Italian seasoning

1 tsp. Frontier Co-op garlic powder

3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Whipped Ricotta

15 oz. Organic Valley ricotta cheese

¼ C fresh minced organic herbs (basil, rosemary, thyme, etc.)

1-2 tsp. Boykins Apiaries honey

1 tsp. Frontier Co-op garlic powder

½ tsp. kosher salt

½ tsp. freshly ground pepper

Pinch Frontier Co-op red pepper flakes

Preparation

Step 1

Add your pasta to a pot of salted boiling water. Cook until al dente.

Step 2

Drain your pasta really well.

Step 3

In a bowl, add your pasta, olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and parmesan cheese, toss to combine.

Step 4

Preheat your air fryer to 350. Spread out pasta so they aren’t touching and cook for 9-10 minutes, shake halfway through.
(Oven: 375 for 13-15 minutes, turning halfway through.)

Step 5

Add all of your ingredients for the whipped ricotta to a bowl or the bowl of a stand mixer. Using a hand mixer or the whisk attachment, whip the ricotta until light and fluffy.
