Rainbow Chard

As colorful as it is flavorful.

Ingredients

1 bunch organic Rainbow Chard, leaves removed from stems, stems diced

2 Tbsp. Spectrum Culinary coconut oil

1 organic Red Pepper, thinly sliced

1/2 organic White or Yellow Onion, thinly sliced

1 tsp. Frontier Co-op garlic granules

1 Tbsp. Field Day Organic Apple Cider Vinegar

Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

In a large sauté pan, add your coconut oil.

Step 2

Once hot, add your sliced peppers and onions. Sauté for 3-4 minutes.

Step 3

Add in your diced chard stems. Sauté for another 2-3 minutes.

Step 4

Add in your garlic granules, salt, and pepper; stir to incorporate and not burn.

Step 5

Add in your chard leaves, a handful at a time, and cook until wilted, keep adding greens in. Cook for 5 minutes or until it reaches your desired doneness.

Step 6

Remove from heat and add apple cider vinegar, stir; season with additional salt and pepper.
