Jalapeno Bacon Ranch Cheese Football

Ingredients

2 blocks (16 oz.) Organic Valley cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup Organic Valley sour cream

1 package Simply Organic Dry Ranch Dressing Mix

1-2 organic jalapenos, seeds and membranes removed, minced

6-7 slices Beeler’s bacon, cooked crispy and crumbled

2 cups shredded hickory smoked cheddar

4-5 organic green onions, diced

1/2 tsp. black pepper

Pinch Kosher salt

1 cup bulk pecans, minced

1 slice mozzarella or white cheddar

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl, add your softened cream cheese and sour cream together, mix to combine. Add in your dry ranch mix and stir to combine.

Step 2

Fold in your jalapenos, bacon, cheese, and green onions.

Step 3

Season with pepper and a pinch of salt.

Step 4

Lay out a piece of plastic wrap and sit your cheese ball mixture on top. Shape into a football shape with your hands. Wrap up and place in your fridge overnight.

Step 5

Just before serving, gently add the minced pecans to your cheese ball.

Step 6

Place on serving plate/tray.

Step 7

Slice your mozzarella into a longer strip and then 8 smaller strips.

Step 8

Lay the longer strip down the middle (lace) and place the 8 smaller strips (cross stitches) over that.
