3/4 Cup Swerve granulated sugar

1/2 Cup bulk almond flour

1/4 Cup Ghirardelli unsweetened cocoa

1/2 tsp. Rumford baking powder

1/2 Cup melted Organic Valley unsalted butter, cooled

3 large Happy Egg Co. eggs

1 tsp. Frontier Co-op vanilla extract

1 tsp. Simply Organic orange flavoring, optional

1 Cup Lily's Chocolate Salted Caramel Flavor Baking Chips


Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 8x8 baking pan. Set aside.

Step 2

In a small bowl, whisk together your Swerve, almond flour, cocoa, and baking powder. Set aside.

Step 3

In a separate medium size bowl, whisk together your cooled butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and orange flavoring.

Step 4

Add your dry ingredients into the wet and mix until just combined.

Step 5

Fold in your baking chips.

Step 6

Pour into prepared baking dish.

Step 7

Bake for 25 minutes, checking at the 20 minute mark.

Step 8

Allow to cool and enjoy.
