1/3 to ½ Cup Organic Valley unsalted butter, softened

1/3 Cup Swerve confectioners’ sugar

1/2 tsp. Frontier Co-op vanilla extract

Pinch of kosher salt

1 1/2 Cup Bob’s Red Mill almond flour

1/2 Cup Pascha chocolate chips


Step 1

In a bowl, add your softened butter, using a hand mixer, start mixing. Add the confectioners sugar, vanilla, and salt, mix to combine.

Step 2

Add in your almond flour and mix until combined.

Step 3

Fold in your chocolate chips.

Step 4

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and using a greased cookie scoop, scoop out portions and place on the baking sheet.

Step 5

Place in the fridge for 30 minutes to 1 hour to set up. Keep refrigerated.
