8 organic bananas, sliced and frozen
¼ - ½ cups Justin’s Peanut Butter
½ -1 cups Milkadamia Macadamia Milk or non-dairy milk of choice
2 Tbsp. Boykins Apiaries Honey or sweetener of choice, optional
Toppings Watkins Chocolate Sprinkles, Santa Cruz Organic chocolate syrup, bulk peanuts
Step 1
Place frozen banana slices, peanut butter, and honey, if using, in a food processor or blender. Start with ½ C nondairy milk and add more as needed. Blend on high until a smooth consistency has formed.
Step 2
You can eat it now as a soft serve ice cream or transfer to a freezer safe container and freeze for about 2 hours to get more of an ice cream style.
Step 3
Top with sprinkles, chocolate syrup, and peanuts!
