1 lb. organic red grapes, washed, sliced in half
3/4 cup Bragg's apple cider vinegar
3 Tbsp. Napa Valley Naturals red wine vinegar
1/2 cup water
1 cup Wholesome brown sugar
3/4 tsp. kosher salt
3 sprigs fresh organic rosemary
1 Frontier Co-Op cinnamon stick
1/4 tsp. Frontier Co-Op whole cloves
1/4 tsp. Frontier Co-Op black peppercorns
1/8 tsp. Frontier Co-Op yellow mustard seeds
Add grapes to a container.
In a saucepan, combine vinegar, water, sugar, salt, and spices. Place over high heat and bring to a boil. Turn heat off and cool for 15 minutes.
Pour brine over grapes. Let cool and rest in the fridge for 24 hours.
