S'mores are more than just for campfires. Enjoy this quick and easy quesadilla for breakfast, dessert, or anytime you're craving a sweet snack!


1 Tbsp. Spectrum Culinary coconut oil

1 large Stacy’s Tortilla

2-3 Tbsp. Justin’s peanut butter

½ organic banana, sliced

2-3 Tbsp. Enjoy Life Mega Chunks

2-3 Tbsp. Dandies mini marshmallows


Step 1

Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add your coconut oil.

Step 2

Spread your peanut butter over one half of your tortilla, leaving a border around the edges.

Step 3

Add sliced bananas, mega chunks, and marshmallows.

Step 4

Once the skillet is hot, fold your tortilla in half, add your tortilla to the skillet. Use a spatula to lightly press the top down so as the marshmallows and chocolate melt, the top sticks to the bottom side. Cook for a few minutes on that side. Carefully flip over and cook on the other side.

Step 5

Remove from the skillet to a cutting board. Allow to stand for a few minutes then cut into wedges!
