This tuna dish is fresh, light, and protein packed!
8 oz. WestSoy original tempeh
2-4 Tbsp. organic white onion, minced
2-4 Tbsp. Woodstock sweet pickle relish
2 stalks organic celery, minced
2-3 Tbsp. Follow Your Heart Vegenaise
1 Tbsp. Mediterranean Organic capers
2 tsp. organic lemon juice
2 tsp. Simply Organic dried dill
2 tsp. Maine Coast dulse flakes
Dash of Frontier Co-op garlic powder
Dash Frontier Co-op cayenne pepper
Kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste
In a pot or skillet, bring a few inches of water to a boil and add the tempeh. Allow to simmer for 15 minutes. Drain and cool.
In a large bowl, combine the cooled tempeh with the remaining ingredients. Mix until well combined.
Place in the fridge and allow to stand for a few hours for the flavors to combine.
