Tuna Burgers

Fresh, flavorful alternative to traditional burgers.


15 oz. Natural Sea Albacore Tuna, drained

1/4 organic red or white onion, diced small

1-2 stalks organic celery, diced small

1 1/4 cup Edward & Sons Organic Panko Breadcrumbs

3 Happy Egg Co eggs, beaten

1 Tbsp. Riojana olive oil

1 Tbsp. Woodstock Organic Mayo

1 tsp. Crystal hot sauce

1/2 Zest and juice organic lemon

Salt and pepper to taste

1-2 Tbsp. Riojana olive oil


Step 1

In a large bowl, add your tuna, onion, and celery. Stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 2

In a small bowl, whisk together your eggs, olive oil, mayo, hot sauce, lemon, salt, and pepper.

Step 3

Add your wet to the dry, mix together. Mix in your breadcrumbs.

Step 4

Form into 4 patties.

Step 5

Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Step 6

Once hot, add your patties.

Step 7

Cook for 3-4 minutes per side.

Step 8

Remove from skillet.

Step 9

To a bun or a lettuce leaf and toppings of choice
